Just Tell Me What Cloth Diapers to Buy!

So I was making this whole chart and everything that showed the cheapest diapers to the most expensive diapers and the pros/cons/costs/pictures of all of them. The chart got overwhelming. Overwhelmingly ugly. It was not looking too hot.

Also, I'm finding more and more often that people just want answers. Options are awesome, yes, but we are a society that loves answers instead of options. Just give me what I need to know and that's it. I especially think this attitude is somewhat necessary to jumping into cloth diapering. If, like me, you waiver and research and {try to} learn everything there is to know about cloth diapering, without ever really purchasing a thing, it can become obnoxiously overwhelming. If you've ever thought, I wish someone would just tell me what cloth diapers to buy, then this post is for you.

No more researching and wondering "What is the best option???" --- I'm just going to go ahead and say, buy this!! Of course, you always look at my reviews in regards to more special, intricate details about different diapers, but here I am just going to recommend the most practical of diapers. Not so much my FAVORITES or the cutest, but the best in terms of what to cloth diaper your baby's tush.

I will still start from cheapest to most expensive, but I'm not giving you a chart. Just simplifying your options. I am having the diaper number be 24 diapers. This means you are washing diapers every 2-3 days, depending on how old your baby is/how many wet diapers they have. I hope this helps :)

1. cheapest option:

  • 2 Large PlanetWise Wet Bags --- these are for dirty diapers. just throw into the wash with the diapers on wash day. You have two so you have one in the wash and one in use. $38.00

Again, these FOUR diaper options are based upon practicality and workmanship. These diapers are fantastically made. I am not here to talk about cheaply made cloth diapers. These are the real deal, with a real warranty, with fantastic customer service, and an incredible owner.

When I started this list, I didn't realize I would write down all of cottonBabies products, but I did, and that says a ton about their company. Enough with the rant.

Go buy some diapers. Save your family a lot of dollars and from a lot of chemicals. And ask me lots of questions along the way :)

What do you think of this list?
