October Citrus Lane Box 2013 {Review}

October Citrus Lane 2013 ReviewI was SO excited to receive the October Citrus Lane box! I liked the September box A LOT (check out my September Unboxing Video), so I was looking forward to see the October box. The box I order is for my newborn baby girl - who is 7 weeks old now (crazy, right?!).

Citrus Lane is a subscription box that prides itself on "Free Shipping, Mom Approved and Personalized" products that come in an adorable box once a month.

I also order bluum, which I have been loving as well! It's still a tough call to see which one I like more :)

Here are the products that I received in my October Citrus Lane box, as well as the retail prices:

ez grip massaging teether

  • Ez Grip Massaging Teether and Rattle from Innobaby $5.99 --- My thoughts: This little rattle and teether is super cute. Obviously it's too old for my 7 week old, but I am looking forward to her being able to play with it. This is really lightweight and easy to hold for baby's hands. I know she'll love it :)

Elephant Shaker from Green Tones

  • Elephant Shaker from Green Tones $12.00 --- My thoughts: This elephant is adorable. He is made of sustainable rubber wood - SCORE! - and he has recyclable pellets on the inside. I love that he makes noise, because I know the older girls will love to hold this up for Lucia and shake it for her entertainment. This is an adorable toy - and this is its launching! Pretty cool.

Gripe Water from Mommy's Bliss

  • Mommy's Bliss Gripe Water $9.91 --- My thoughts: We really like Gripe Water in our house. This will most DEFINITELY go to good use. We run out like crazy - I just ran to Whole Foods last night to get some more! We don't usually use this brand, but I'm open to trying new things - especially when it comes to settling Lucia's gassy stomach or colic-y symptoms.

Odd Duck from Boon

  • Odd Duck from Boon $10.74 --- My thoughts: This duck is adorable! I have been nervous to have rubber duckies in the bath since learning that mold grows like crazy in toys that accumulate water. GROSS! So, this one is not designed to hold water, but it is specially designed with a unique shape and bright colors. Perfect for babes :)

The total retail value for Citrus Lane August box is $38.64.

I really loved this box! Toys are a hot commodity to be ruined around my house, and I knew that Lucia (my newborn) would probably miss out on a lot of toys, so I am glad to be getting some really great and unique things for her to play with. I love that these products are typically more "green" friendly, because that is something that I value and look for when it comes to toys and products for my children.

Great job, Citrus Lane! <--- my affiliate link!
